We were running low on eggs and had a big day ahead, so I needed a protein packed breakfast with staying power. Something to get us started on the right foot. So what’s a girl to do… ? Improvise of course! I used the last two eggs, some sweet onions, spinach and some hamburger and made this yummy, high protein sweet onion and hamburger scramble breakfast.
And guess what? It turned out sooooooo good that I might make it again very soon! 😍
