It’s a super safe choice if you’re gluten intolerant or have Celiac, and (in its purest form) the best overall thing for your healthy body, besides vegetables. It’s easily accessible while traveling, and an apple in your backpack can get you through some hungry moments when everyone is Dunkin’ their Donuts. 😉
Eating plenty of fruits and veggies gives us the vitamins and minerals we need to feel energized. One of my all time favorite fruits is watermelon… and today, August 3, is National Watermelon Day!

This pretty pink fruit is easily accessible in the summer and its fantastic water content helps quench summer thirst. Plus it’s low cal to boot!
