Today was a double hit of special deliveries and little treats in the mail! Mom and Dad sent me a gorgeous beach towel for my laps in the pool, a trinket for my office, and this fun inspirational plaque:

My web designer Kristen from NorthCoast Post designed the latest Sage shirts to help spread the word on GlutenFreeSage and I absolutely love the typography design and the #truth quote on the front:
