Gluten Free Sage is a resource for simple, easy and healthy gluten free recipes that are ideal for gluten-free lifestyles—without using packaged replacement foods and substitutions. Gluten-free recipes using replacement foods are everywhere. These substitutions have become synonymous with healthy eating, even for people without celiac disease or gluten intolerance. The bottom line is that these GF replacements are only substitutions for food that isn’t healthy to begin with.

Once you heal and your body can properly absorb nutrients again, you’ll be able to reintroduce some guilty pleasures into your diet again. Just remember to follow the 80/20 Rule, as I explain here, and read the labels so you know what you’re eating.
