Low Carb Bleu Cheese Burgers

You may not think of burgers as a flavorful go-to meal if you’re on a gluten free or grain-free diet, but these Low Carb Bleu Cheese Burgers can pack a serious punch. You’ll forget all about the bun!

I recommend making your own hand-pressed patties using fresh ground chuck over the pre-made and pre-seasoned burgers in the frozen food sections of the grocery store. They’re just as simple to make and usually much healthier for you. They taste better too!

1. Use your hands to press ground chuck into patties and season with salt and pepper
2. Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.

My favorite aspect of burgers is their quick cooking time. Dinner can be ready in twenty minutes! You’ll have a winning combination and a messy grin-on-your-chin meal in no time. Whatchya waiting for? Try it before the Super Bowl, then on game day you are ready-set-go! 🙂
